Terrence P. Koves, MBA
President

A graduate of the School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley, Terry earned an MBA in Industrial Relations and Organizational Behavior. In addition, Terry has a Bachelor of Science from San Jose State University with a major in Human Resources Management.

Early in his career, Terry worked for the Ford Motor Company as a Labor Relations Representative. Shortly thereafter, Terry joined Land O’Lakes, Inc. and was in the Human Resources Management field for nearly 30 years. The last 13 years Terry served as the Director of Compensation and Benefits.

A strong believer in volunteering his time to the community, Terry has served in leadership roles with the Ramsey County Private Industry Council, Dakota Woodlands Women’s Shelter, Hill-Murray School, and the Human Relations Commission for the City of White Bear Lake.

Terry has served in leadership roles with the Buyers Health Care Action Group, the Nation's leading employer health care purchasing coalition, HealthEast Care System, Preferred One PPO, and the Coop 401(k) Plan. Terry also served as a VISTA Volunteer in Minnesota in the early 1970’s
